Terms of Service — IndieParrot

This page constitutes a binding agreement between you ("you," "your," "user") and FunnelFix ("we," "us," "our"), the operator of IndieParrot.

By creating an account or using IndieParrot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Acceptance

By using IndieParrot, you confirm you are at least 13 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using IndieParrot on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Account

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at hello@indieparrot.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may close your account at any time from inside the app (Settings → Delete Account). Closing the account permanently removes your data; see the Privacy Policy for details.

3. Subscriptions

IndieParrot is offered on a subscription basis through Apple's App Store using StoreKit 2. Subscription prices, billing periods, and free-trial terms are displayed on the in-app paywall before purchase.

• Auto-renewal: subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Cancellation: manage your subscription at any time through iOS Settings → [your Apple ID] → Subscriptions.
• Free trial: if a free trial is offered, cancelling during the trial period prevents you from being charged. Cancelling after the trial ends will not refund the current billing period.
• Refunds: all payment processing is handled by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's refund portal: https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices on renewal. Any price change will be communicated through the App Store and will not apply retroactively to the current billing period.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through IndieParrot. By submitting content, you grant FunnelFix a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit. Do not submit content that you do not have the right to share.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use IndieParrot for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the service
• Submit content that is illegal, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes on the rights of others
• Use IndieParrot to harvest data about other users or third parties

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy at https://indieparrot.com/privacy. By using IndieParrot, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to IndieParrot at any time if you violate these Terms, if your subscription lapses, or if we decide to discontinue the service. We will provide reasonable notice except in cases of abuse, fraud, or imminent harm.

You may terminate your account at any time by using the in-app account deletion. Upon termination, your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

IndieParrot is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. You use the service at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FunnelFix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of IndieParrot after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of TBD-fill-in, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of IndieParrot shall be resolved in the courts of TBD-fill-in.
